Hello Technetters,

what is the best fiducial for full manual adjustment of fine
fine pitch solder paste stencils?

It is a small board (180mm X 38mm) with some chip size packages with
pads not bigger than 0.15 mm x 0.25 mm. There will be always one or
two boards at a time, not more, and the customer doesn't want to
purchase something like an automated screen printer with vision and
bells and whistles.

My idea was a square or better round pad and a corresponding hole in
the stencil a bit bigger than the pad. Maybe better adjustment
than if pad and hole ar 1:1? Any better idea?

Thanks in advance
Regards
Matthias Mansfeld
