Hello Steve,

in Germany, it is good practice to supply the PWB vendor
with the single board stencil data (which should come from the board
designer in coordination with the assembly guys!) and let him
panelize the data for the whole panel or at least the sub-panel which
runs through the assembly line. The other alternative is, I get exact
step'n'repeat offset values from the board vendor and with these data
the stencil vendor makes easily step'n'repeat with the single board
data. I for my own part (and for my own designs) prefer the last
possibility, because I have better control what happens with the
data.
