The rotary tool that comes with the Pace PRC-2000 repair equipment actually
has a ground lead that electrically attaches to the trace you want to drill
down to, and as soon as you touch that trace the motor stops within the next
4 revolutions, making it impossible to drill all the way through.  It is very
useful.
