Contact your local Dow Corning rep., they have a product 'OS20
fluid' that can disolve cured RTV.
I have used it with good results. It requires 12-24 hours min. of
soak time.

It is POSSIBLE, although unlikely, that hot caustic soda, for a LONG period
my dissolve cured RTV, other than that, I suspect you are out of luck.

When you talk about a cured polymer, it needs more than a just a solvent to
dissolve it, you must actually break the bonds of the polymer, and destroy
it, and RTV is some tough stuff.
