Hans,
We sometimes use Dynasolve 220.  Call Dynaloy, Inc at 800-669-5709 or
317-788-5694 for a recommendation.  Humiseal 1090 is a stripper for silicone
coating which might also work for your application.  Talk with Jim Laurence
at Humiseal for a recommendation (718-932-0800).
