How to calculate/predict via inductance?  Any simple desktop type solutions
out there?

I've been getting lots of apps questions on via inductance lately --
especially as it relates to uVias.
The only info I've got is fairly crude wide ranging empirical values from
different uVia designs we've done.  It would sure be nice to be able to
calculate/predict without having to use a field solver/spice type program.
