These are actual questions I received from an engineer:

> 4 - Is 0.141 hole plated or non-plated?

Yes.

> 5 - What type of mounting hardware is being used by the .141 tooling

These holes are used to secure the board in the enclosure.  They are
connected to
GND so that we can have a good connection to the chassis  for EMI reasons.

> 2 - J58 - RJ45_MAG - The 2 npth holes are being connected to GND.

Please clarify. Pins 9 and 12 are connected to GND.  Pins 10 and 11 are just
holes.  The schematic is currently showing all four holes connected to GND.
