Forwarded from a colleague, can anyone help

I'm trying to get some info on typical PCB specs - temperature, vibration, etc. for a project. The spec would be for the PCB only, but also for a PCB plus components. Obviously for the latter the spec would be component specific, but numbers for typical solder joints to typical component packages would be useful. Any idea where such info resides or which IPC documents would be relevant ?
