Hi, an unusual question, but I see many radar guys are reading also in TechNet. So, what sealing gaskets do you use for flange-to-flange sealing, electrically as well as gas tightening? We tried Indium, works well, but the price is immense. If the waveguide is ordinary Al with Nickel+Chromate, then what about Tin gaskets? Atmosphere around is dry and you have that Nickel barrier. Copper seems to be too hard. Any good idea?
