It is POSSIBLE, although unlikely, that hot caustic soda, for a LONG period
my dissolve cured RTV, other than that, I suspect you are out of luck.
When you talk about a cured polymer, it needs more than a just a solvent to
dissolve it, you must actually break the bonds of the polymer, and destroy
it, and RTV is some tough stuff.
