In the Small Talk section (page 10) of the November-December issue of Chip
Scale Review there is a picture (clipart) of a stacked CSP. Chip Scale
Review does a good job of putting their articles on-line so you might want
to check out their home page (www.chipscalereview.com); I imagine it will be
there in a day or so. Otherwise the author of the article is Robert Crowley,
