Dear Brian:
I will introduce you to a technique known as CWF-PR (Complex Wave Form -
Pulse Reverse)
When you are working in a 15 :1 Aspect ratio it is also important what is the
hole size In general there is no question that the pulse is giving an
improvement there are number of working places. I did the work in Hadco Santa
Clara with a 250 boards
and the hole size was 20 they are working know with the technique I can give
you a lot more information if you can be more specific about your
requirements.
