A last note, chloride ion is your worst enemy in preventing tarnish, and NO
known anti-tarnish chemistry will overcome it. So, a very high Chloride
content in makeup, or rinse waters presents a virtually not-overcomeable
problem to getting panels through AOI without false defects.
As a sidenote, remember that "softened" water replaces water hardness with
Salt (Sodium Chloride) and thus is the WORST water to rinse with. Use either
tap, or deionized water (or RO).
