You might wanna check out: http://www.zierick.com/cat36/surf_9.htm

It's a pin feeder designed to use Zierick's pins. Don't know whose pins your
using now, but I'll bet that Zierick has something that's compatible. I've
not used this system, or know how much it costs, but it looks pretty slick to
me...and compatible with a lot of pick and place equipment.
