Dear Engineers.

 I am looking for a etching simulation software for mask making in PCB Etching Process.
 There are so many complex patterns I need to form on the PCB.
 For the simple patterns, I already set up compensation rules.
 But for the comlex patterns, It was very hard to make a ccmpensation rule.
 Does anyone have good idea or good simulation tool for this?
