Anyone out there have any good experiences with axial and radial lead forming equipment?

We are looking for something to fulfill the following needs:
1.  Flexible-we do low volume, high mix PCAs
2.  Quick & easy change capability-again for lots of different types of components
3.  Military/space quality forming
