Hi Dick,

You could always sacrifice a panel and compare those pths to those on your
regular coupon for validation.  We always get a slightly different plating
thickness from our flash tank depending on the coupon's location on the
panel.  The plating thickness is also consistent with which bar was used
(front or back) and the direction it faced in the plating tank, shared
middle anode bar.  The variations haven't been a major problem, usually, it
is within spec.
