Hi Jeff!

I never used this, but have seen it at NEPCON and other shows quite a few
times. Go to: http://www.wandtool.com/singulation.html

Seems like a decent system. You do have to follow some design guidelines in
your panelization layout though...but that's no different than with any other
machine.
