I cannot help but joined in. If you refer to MIL-C-28809, it mentioned that the total
maximum repairs permitted per board is :

Board size :        Max. number allowed
<20 sq.inch             6
<50 sq.inch            12
<100 sq.inch          18
100 <                    24
