We get serious problem in the Pad Discoloration these
months.

Most found after the NC Routing Citric Acid Rinse,
some found right after the Immersion Gold Process.

We did a lot of effort in the Routing Final Cleaning Process
(three baths are Citric Acid) during past couple of months
but no big change.

We are looking for Immersion Gold Process parameters
these days, still studying.........

Anyone has the good idea or experience in this issue?

Later,
