What's "CCGA" in non-acronym form?  (I'm guessing it's the compact form of
BGA's)

Try tracking down ORMET (used to be the name of the company, but now it is
Ta...  I can't remember, but it is japanese sounding).  They make a
metal-organic paste used for fine line metallization.  I've seen it used for
PWB's and, I think, flat panel displays.  While I don't recommend the
material for it, they probably had to deal with dispensing.  Also, there is
a company in Plano, TX (?Microjet???) that developed a solder ball writing
(like inkjet printing).  Sorry my memory for names is so poor.

Please copy me on any info/sales pitches as well.
