Not sure if I qualify for a kind peoploid, still :
good way is old camelot range (new speedline);
their smallest machine will do you for repairs .

You will need to dot few dots off place (test pads, recording your process
at the same time) to stabilize the flow.
Than you'll have to row program to keep the needle foot clean ; get hard
steel fine gauges wire,
broach it's called in hot glue jet or paint spray circles:
ultrafine star profiled hard wire profile with handling bulb on end ,
for cleaning of this finesses (daily).
and paste to match, etc., let's get it off line Earl,
to praise and bag some names is inevitable .
Not keen on being fried for the glory of principles.

PS
Or you may prefer to go to pin transfer with custom rig ;
(made of modified ict needles);
for repairs only (load and stamp).
Pending how much flux and/or metal you'd like on

Send me a footprint, volumes, etc., mail you something in reply

Subject: [TN] Advanced Automatic/Vision Solder Paste Dispenser

Kind People,

Moving to the next generation CCGA, as previously mentioned. Will need to
repair such devices down to .8mm centers. Cannot manually screen print
with micro stencils.

Are there any new or advancing type automatic solder paste dispensers
available or on the horizon. I gladly accept all sales pitches, ideas,
or otherwise sage advice or information.

Earl Moon
