Rudy:

Won't take that bet, but my experience indicates that you'll see maybe a decade lower
SIR value with a very matte mask versus a gloss or semi gloss after identical
processing and cleaning.  You'll also find that after wave solder, matte has less
tendency to retain solder balls than gloss.
