Girlie,
there is an ocean of books. When I introduced and bought our first laser (small 100W YAG) I had much use of

"Guide for Material Processing by Lasers" written by Laser Institute of Amerika and also
"Lasers Operation, Equipment, Application and Design" written by Coherent.

The Laser Institute then had (419) 882-8706 adres 5151 Monroe Street Toledo OH. Probably too old adress. See also homepages for Coherent, Haas, Lumonics, Rofin Sinar etc. We are buying a new Rofin Sinar just now. Interesting to see a laser question, long since. What are you going to drill, I guess you think of laser vias, don't you?

If you lack contacts, I can give you a lot.
Good Luck

Ingemar

To everybody,

Can anyone suggest me a reference book/handbook for laser drilling?

Thanks
Girlie
