I have in the past placed on the TECH NET, addressing a manufacturer of a No
Clean Solder Paste. The problem that was being addressed was Lot to Lot
inconsistency.  The manufacturer of this no clean paste has been very
supportive to help us to get to the root cause of our problem. They have
given us very good technical support. We are focusing in on our problems
with the help of Alpha Metals. I am publicly apologizing for the way that I
have handled this anomaly.
