I cannot speak about anything able to survive total prolonged submersion in
nasty stuff like fuel but...

I can tell you that HumiSeal 1A33 polyurethane was successfully tested for
resistance against "Skydrol", a particularly nasty aggressive aviation
hydraulic fluid. You just need to bake the **** out of it to get the best
protective results!
