give an emotional response that isn't really indicative of our true professionalism.
When that happens, I urge you to take your anger or frustration off-line.

It is NEVER appropriate to post profanity, name-calling, or put-down statements.

BEFORE replying, look down your message list and see if there are other replies
already posted.  Review them. Post another response only when it adds value to the
message thread. Help to bring resolution and closure to issues rather than drag them
out.
