Paul,

We recently used a DPAK heatsink made by AAVID (http://www.aavid.com), and
it seems to get the heat out pretty well.  These do solder directly to the
same pad as the DPAK tab, so if your part tab is electrically "hot" there
may be some issues there.  Contact me off-line if you would like more info.
