Don't know who you are, you have an odd question because manual calculations were left behind years ago. If you absolutely want handcalculating we certainly have lots of tarnished books, some pages could be copied and sent to you. Depending on frequency band etc you have a lot to deal with: coupling coefficient, feedline  impedance, substrate resultant permittivity, centre frequency, dispersion etc. At frequencies above 5GHz calculation begins to be a nightmare because of skin effects, magnetic field moving to outer edges fo metal and a lot of other phenomenons. If you need very detailing about the whole, we have specialists that can give you advice, otherwise I agree with others: download one of the recommended CAD-programs in your UNIX, faster, simpler.
