Hi,
Is anyone out there having problems with solder balls and splashes in
your hand soldering process using no clean solder/flux?
We've been using Kester SN63PB37 alloy solder, QQ-S-571-F-WLRP-1, and
961 flux, in our application and found that it produces solder splashes
and solder balls.
Is there a way of preventing this condition?
