Nicholas,
Depending on how the copper is electrodeposited, the conductivity varies from
60 to 90% of the conductivity of a wrought copper bar. The conductivity
varies due to grain orientation, codeposition of organics and other
metallics, porosity, grain size, nucleation bands etc. Addtionally make sure
your cross-sectional area is truly representative of the conductor, undercut,
tooth, dishdowns etc. may decrease the area significantly. Also check that
you are using a bridge that compensates for the contact resistance since the
contact resistance may be equal to the resistance of the conductor itself.
