Polar also has a cut-down free evaluation version of its impedance calulator on
its website that works really really well, and pretty to look at too.

There was a IPC Technical Journal  Vol. 1 No. 2 August 1999 That has the
formulas in it.   Written by Andrew J. Burkhardt, Christopher S. Gregg
and J. Alan Staniforth of Polar Instruments, UK.

The calculator on Polar calculates this as an option (you pay for).
