I have been  posed with the question of weather or not our product would
conform to the American act or treaty or ?, for it to be sold and accepted
by US government agencies.
We are an American company manufacturing the majority of our product in our
Tijuana, Mexico facility which for the same reason it bares the "Assembled
in Mexico label". 
Recently a product manager was given and order for some quantity of our
irrigation controllers to be installed in a Navy Housing but was asked if
the product would meet the requirements. I know or have been told that our
product manufactured in China and France do not qualify for this type of
market.
I would appreciate if anyone out there could shed some light on this issue.
