Some number of years ago, less than 5, I got an article from a trade journal
about how to use control charts on low fraction defective processes. Those
processes that typically are always zero defects and then every now and then
have 1 defect. The article went to great lengths describing how to set up
control charts for them. Does anybody know where I can get a copy of that
article?
Thanks.
