That is one means of controlling who gets to see what. That is using an OS
the protection built in: NT, UNIX, NETWARE(NOT Win9x or DOS)

You need procedures and sign-offs. This is a problem no matter what
"system"
you use. Look into using a simple check in / check out system like
CS( which is
freely available from the under GNU open license ).

Good back up scheme, but again a problem for configuration management. See
RCS above.

Yepp. Fab House specific.
