We have new equipment coming into our facility.

It is Fuji Solder paste  and Chip Placer with a Heller Oven.

First let me say YES the Supplier is coming in for a training session
What management has requested from me is to try and retrieve any 
information from my friends the technetter on the following

1. Known  Start up problems
2. Any Long Term issues
