Someone already mentioned "Modern Electroplating" by Lowenheim for
Platinum - it give a couple of pages on Indium plating as well.  

Example of typical solution
15 - 30 g/l In ( As fresh precipitate of hydroxide )
20 - 30 g/l D-glucose
140 - 160 g/l KCN
30 - 40 g/l KOH

Used at room temp. with steel anodes at 1 - 4 amps/dm2
