Sorry John, but I prefer to have the original message right at my fingertips
so I don't have to go chasing around in either IPC or my own archives.  I'm
a consultant, and, like may others, respond to inquiries from TechNet,
Leadfree, DesignerCouncil on my own free time, as a courtesy to others in
the industry who have helped me over the years.  With todays computer
capacity and processing speeds, this is well within reason and not beyond
equipment capabilities as it might have been 20 or so years back.
