The flux activity should conform to IPC J-STD 004, sect. 1.2 Table 1.
Your suppliers should list this on their Technical Data Sheets.

All,
Pardon my ignorance, but is there an industry standard for
specifying the "activity" of no-clean fluxes? I am looking for a way to
evaluate different fluxes that is more specific than simply their solids
content.
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
