Carey, thanks for good advice, know HP have professionels, just not easy to come to right person and plas, Santa Rosa, OK will remember that. And jk, I don't bash doctors as persons (in fact I recommend more doctors here), no, what I mean is that you don't tell them that they have to stop working as if the still live on the uni. It's not the modern way to evalutate your bright ideas on your own for getting a bonus, you must also (and simultaneously)live together with the people who have to realize what you created in your mind. Your excellent hitech creation may otherwise be a nightmare to produce, may bleed out a lot of money from your company. Many more 'doctors' need just a little dirt under the nails so they can implant their products better. So, jk, I'm for doctors (we have some one hundred here!) but against selfish and protected work that give no cash in the end.

Another excellent shop is Hewlett-Packard (name changed recently???) in
Santa Rosa.  They know plating better than any one I know (including IBM).
