The best for you is providing the original net list to your PCB supplier to
let him check your design and his artwork according to the original net list
- the one you wish the board to match. We are doing it routinely, saving our
customers a lot of money (declining several times the need to remake a
prototype), and a lot of time, which is sometimes more important. So, my
recommendation is to be patient with a vendor who asks such questions.
