Maybe this is the "slamming door" postulated at the beginning of this
correspondence??? It might be interesting to run a test dispense cycle with the
needle outlet at a great height and see how many shots you can get compared to a
normal run......

left, can't leave needle exit, and...you get at haemorroid. The countermeasure was to
tell the machine to check space repetedly and make the necessary needle height
correction. Lesson: keep right distance.
