Dear Francis:
Let me start by tell you that the pattern of the surface creates is own high
CD area. There are numbers of issues that you need to look at .
1) Look at your systems are they creating a fluctuation in the electrical
vectors that get to the cathodic surface.
2) How difficult is your pattern Design
3) Your Chemistry.
And final an adoption of Pulse Complex Wave form to adjust The balance that
current density.
