Unfortunately we do not all remember to put this in (he says holding up
his hand & saying me too!).

Make more than one rule.

One with messages containing "[TN]" in the subject, and one with
messages from  "[log in to unmask]".
Moving both to the appropriate folder.

I did this & it works fine with Both Exchange & Outlook97 & Outlook.
Express & Outlook from Office2000.

In addition, so that I did not get a message popping up every 15 minutes
to tell me that I have mail from the TechNet I turned
the option off and made a rule that included everyone that I am in
regular contact with to pop up a message.

I have similar rules for the LEADFREE & SMART mail forums.
You can even create a rule to give a pop up notice & play sounds for
when mail comes from the boss!

All I want now is for Microsoft to develop an "outbox" assistant so that
I can create rules to turn OFF autogenerated replies
when I sent to TechNet and add a specific AutoSignature.
