Jacob,

If you are using Microsoft Outlook then go to TOOLS and open rules wizard.
Just click on New and take it from there. You will have to create a new
destination folder and if you open the help menu it will show how to do
this. Use the [TN] as your filter.

Jim

Subject: [TN] Filtering incoming mail

Dear TechNeters

Could any one advise, how can I receive all the TechNet mail in predestined
folder.

The common prefix of all the messages should enable it.

Thanks

Jacob
