Hi Alejandro,
Any number of commercial test labs can perform this test; just look them up
in the IPC Membership Directory under Suppliers-Testing Services.
1500 maximum cycles indicates a rather benign application (according to
IPC-SM-785), so why bother testing. Analytical 'Design for Reliability'
procedures (IPC-D-279) assure reliability equally as well and are much
cheaper.
