I had the same question some time ago. I was told there was a tool made
by "Soldering Technology"??? I called them and they told me that they no
longer make those tools. I have not found anyone who has. If you do
please let me know.

Seems to me that I have seen ads from a service company offering the
straightening and reforming of QFP packages with damaged leads. Does
