AVX has X7R dielectric ceramic caps in 0402 from 100f to .047uf [including
.022uf],in 16V range.0603 is the samallest 0.1 uf
they list for X7R, at 10V & 16V.
AVX also has .022uf and 0.1uf [top of the range] in Y5V dielectric, 16 V,
0402's.

Panasonic shows 0402's [code "10") up thru 0.1uf in Y5V at 16 VDC.

        Happy Wed., especially if someone can

  especially since the boards are being fabricated
  and assembled this week. They will be used in Class 2
  dedicated service hardware, as oppossed to Class 1
  general products, so I need some good reliability
  types. After you stop laughting, any and all help
  will be appreciated. I really don't want to use the
  0603s on the secondary side when we spin this design
  after prototype build/test/intergration. Thanks again.
