I agree with Jeffrey. At most of the companies I have worked for, the
numbers he gives are the standard. One company insisted on 0.200", but
they were archaic in almost every other aspect of board design as well.

Our standard edge spacing is 0.025"[0.64mm] for copper features and
0.050"
[1.27mm] for component bodies. We often drop down to the 0.025"[0.64mm]
for
both for dense small boards. Our standard was suggested by our fabricator
for best yield of routed boards.
