Our standard edge spacing is 0.025"[0.64mm] for copper features and 0.050"
[1.27mm] for component bodies. We often drop down to the 0.025"[0.64mm] for
both for dense small boards. Our standard was suggested by our fabricator
for best yield of routed boards.

What do you guys use as a std, rule of thumb package keepin from the
edge of
a PCB. We are using 1.5mm as standard but I have (the usual story) a
small
PCB with alot of components to get on! Any feedback from other
designers and
        fabricators would be greatly appreciated.

        Regards,
